Shri Ram Engineers is a small scale unit established in the year 1991. Since our establishment, we have been successfully serving the Shock Absorber and Engineering Industries. We are established manufacturers of Precision Sheet Metal Components that includes Valves, Washers, Discs, Flapper Valves, Check Valves and other light sheet metal components. Our products are known both in the national and international markets and have carved a strong niche for themselves.
With hard work, excellent skills, adoption of latest technologies and active participation of all personnel, we are committed in producing superlative quality products for our esteemed customers, meeting their demands considering both quality and quantity.
Our state-of-the-art infrastructure plays a pivotal role in the manufacturing process. Currently, we are manufacturing almost 270 different types of Precision Sheet Metal Components. In the year 2007-2008, our total production was approximately 70 million pieces. For many of these components, we are the single source supplier, which is an indication of the faith that our clients have in us.
It is this commitment to quality and the resulting faith of our clients that has propelled us in becoming one of the leading high precision sheet metal component manufacturers, producing a wide range of highly accurate components and products for a broad and varied customer base. Shri Ram Engineers is also exporting similar components to offshore clients in Europe.
Process quality is a very important aspect in everything we do. Shri Ram Engineers is an ISO 9001:2000 certified company (JAS-ANZ Australia). All components manufactured by us are inspected at every stage of the manufacturing process, right from inspection of raw materials to pre-dispatch inspection of finished components.
But we are not resting here. Quality is an ever involving process for us, so we have set ourselves a target of achieving TS 16949 certification by September 2009.
